Hi, I'm Catherina.
Nearly a decade ago I was burning out, juggling the constant pressures from work and family life, while seeking for strategies to find time to engage in self-care, and attain what seemed an unreachable work-life balance.
I learned about science-backed mindfulness meditation as well as other cognitive and dialectic science-based strategies, which helped to transform the next chapter of my life.
It is my mission to help busy, working modern women, mothers, caregivers, and professionals develop motivation and empowerment to engage in mindfulness and other self-care strategies, and find calm and balance in their lives, so they can be the better version of themselves.
