In this lesson we discuss the reasons to practice mindfulness, its effects of our human physiology and our 'fight or flight response", our minds, and our emotions. We conclude the lesson with a short mindfulness exercise using our breath as an anchor.

How to Start with Mindfulness?

In this lesson we discuss the basic steps to mindfulness meditation. We also present key elements to consider in the process of building a consistent meditation practice.

Body Scan Meditation

In this lesson we will cover body scan during meditation. We will practice Body Scan Meditation.
