What is 1:1 Coaching?

1:1 coaching is a personalized partnership where we work together to help you reach your health and lifestyle goals—through simple, supportive steps that fit into your real life. Unlike generic plans or self-paced programs, this is all about you: your schedule, your energy, your challenges, and your wins.

You’ll have weekly private coaching sessions with me, custom action steps, and ongoing encouragement so you’re never doing this alone.

How is this different from a fitness or nutrition plan?

Great question! This is not a “one-size-fits-all” diet or fitness routine.

Instead, we focus on habit change—things like how to build a simple, balanced plate, how to move your body in ways that feel good, and how to stay hydrated and energized throughout your day. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress that lasts.

Do I need to be super motivated or have everything together to start?
